Andjie works with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. With a specialization in child welfare as well as gerontology. She has expertise in crisis intervention, person centered interventions, and implementing different modalities to serve clients. Andjie, has worked in crisis stabilization units, secured facilities, inpatient/outpatient settings, and skilled long term care facilities. She has served as a director of social services, and has experience training and overseeing several teams of social workers.
